The Memory report gets specific information about the installed memory (RAM) in a client computer. In addition to reporting how much memory the client has, it shows information about each memory module, including the module's:
Memory reports can be used for managing computer resources, hardware troubleshooting, or deciding which client computer can handle a memory-intensive application or task.
Basic information about system memory can also be found in the System Overview report, in the Computer options.
- Select a computer list.
- Select one or more computers in the Remote Desktop window.
- Choose Report > Memory.
- Select the module information desired.
- To search using new data, select Collect New Data For Report; to search using saved data only, deselect Collect New Data For Report.
If you want to search using new data only if the saved data is too old, select If Current Data Older Than, and enter the desired amount of time.
- Click Get Report.
